Teams
Inviting People to the Vision
OBJECTIVE
Jesus invited people into greater purpose for their lives; yet, as leaders, we often only invite people into programs. This training dives deep into building dynamic teams by revealing the power of a personal invitation modeled by Jesus. This approach ignites a fire in others, calling them to a cause greater than themselves, and empowering them to utilize their unique gifts. Dynamic teams are built by truly seeing people, understanding their gifts, and inviting them into a story far bigger than any single role or program. Everyone wants to make their life count, and in ministry, we have the opportunity to help people develop their faith and abilities.
