Church
Redeeming Society’s Culture
Objective
In this training, we discuss the vital role of the church in society, emphasizing its
responsibility to engage with, influence, and redeem the culture around it. We draw
on the biblical narrative of Jeremiah 29 to illustrate how the church should not isolate
itself or simply blend in with society but rather actively seek the peace and prosperity
of the communities in which it exists. The conversation highlights the dual citizenship
of Christians and the promise of God's plans for hope and a future as they fulfill their
purpose in the world.
