Vision
New Realities in Vision
Objective
Leaders need a fresh expression of how God is leading continually. This training focuses on continually seeking new realities in ministry and leadership. Just as Peter had to embrace a new understanding of the Gospel's reach to the Gentiles, leaders must be open to God's leading and allow Him to reshape their vision. This involves challenging existing assumptions, letting go of outdated mindsets or programs, and continually seeking fresh encounters with Jesus. By embracing new realities, leaders can remain effective and at the forefront of God's work.
