Hard Conversations
OBJECTIVE
This training focuses on the importance of hard conversations in ministry leadership. These conversations, though difficult, are crucial for the spiritual growth and maturity of both individuals and the ministry team. The video discusses five types of hard conversations that leaders need to be prepared to have: transition conversations, character conversations, problem-solving conversations, confessional conversations, and in-the-moment correction. By approaching these conversations with truth and love, leaders can foster a healthy and thriving ministry environment.
